Terms of Service

MO Serviços provides integrated business services including: • Facility management • Business and financial consulting • Supply of industrial and technological equipment • Technology solutions • Supply chain management • Technical maintenance • Strategic facilitation of commercial transactions • Taxation and auditing • Strategic human capital management Specific terms for each service will be agreed separately through formal contracts or proposals.

By using our services, the client agrees to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Promptly communicate any changes to provided information • Comply with agreed deadlines and conditions • Make payments as established in contracts • Respect intellectual property rights • Use services in a legal and ethical manner Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

MO Serviços is committed to providing services with high quality standards. However: • Our liability is limited to the value of services provided • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages • We do not guarantee specific results, except when expressly agreed in writing • Liability for supplied equipment is subject to manufacturers' warranties • The client is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance for their operations In case of claims, the client must notify us in writing within 30 days.

Either party may terminate services by: • Written notice with a minimum of 30 days advance notice • Material breach of contractual terms • Impossibility of continuing services for legal reasons In case of termination: • Payments due up to the termination date remain payable • Ongoing services will be completed or transferred as agreed • Data and confidential information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
